From Request to Active Coverage
GridGuard's engagement process is straightforward and transparent. Here's exactly what to expect from first contact through ongoing coverage.
Request Coverage
Submit your coverage request through our contact form or by calling us directly. Provide your site location, start date, required coverage hours, and the number of officers needed. The more detail you provide, the faster we can generate an accurate quote.
Scope & Quote
A GridGuard account manager will contact you to confirm site requirements, verify officer availability, and issue a written quote. The quote includes rate schedule, contract terms, and insurance documentation. We accommodate purchase orders, subcontract billing formats, and additional insured requests.
Staffing & Officer Briefing
Once a contract is executed, GridGuard assigns qualified, vetted sworn officers to your site. Officers receive a site-specific briefing covering access protocols, hazard zones, key contacts, incident reporting procedures, and any client-specific requirements before the first shift.
Active Coverage
Coverage begins as scheduled. Your dedicated account manager remains your single point of contact for scheduling adjustments, shift changes, or urgent requests. Officers maintain daily activity logs and submit incident reports as warranted.
Reporting & Invoicing
At regular intervals — daily, weekly, or as agreed — you receive shift reports, activity logs, and incident documentation. Invoices are itemized and formatted to your billing requirements, with PO and work order reference support.
